Reliance Retail entered into a long-term licensing agreement with Shein and launched ‘Shein India Fast Fashion’ App.
Reliance Retail will have full control from operations to customer data. Shein will only be a technological partner.
Shein plans to utilize India as a supply source for its global operations, assisting Reliance Retail in building a network and training Indian garment manufacturers.
Shein is presently providing deliveries to consumers in the cities of Delhi, Mumbai, and Bengaluru.
Designed and produced in India by local suppliers, this initiative is in line with the Indian government’s efforts to enhance domestic textile manufacturing & exports.
