Antfin Singapore Holding divests over 2% stake in Zomato

Antfin Singapore Holding has divested 2.1 per cent stake in Zomato for Rs 4,771 crore through open market transactions.

Antfin Singapore Holding sold 18,54,40,550 shares in two tranches in Gurugram-based Zomato. The shares were disposed of in the price range of Rs 257.17-257.46 apiece. 
After the share sale, Antfin Singapore Holding's stake has been reduced to 2.14 per cent from 4.24 per cent.

Zomato is an Indian multinational restaurant aggregator and food delivery company which provides information, menus and user-reviews of restaurants as well as food delivery options from partner restaurants in select cities.
