The Company has incorporated a Fintech wholly owned subsidiary in IFSC, GIFT CITY, Gandhinagar within the jurisdiction of Development Commissioner KASEZ-SEZ, as a Payment Service Provider (PSP). IA Fintech IFSC is yet to commence its business operations.
