Uno Minda has acquired 24769500 equity shares i.e., 49% stake of Minda Nabtesco Automotive (MNAPL) from Nabtesco Automotive Corporation, Japan, for a total consideration of Rs 1.30 crore. With this acquisition, MNAPL has become an Associate of Uno Minda. 

Uno Minda (formerly known as Minda Industries) offers a range of products across various verticals of auto components, such as switching systems, acoustic systems and alloy wheels, among others.
