Godrej Properties has reported results for second quarter ended September 30, 2024 (Q2FY25).

The company has reported 68.05% rise in its net profit at Rs 206.30 crore for the quarter ended September 30, 2024 as compared to Rs 122.76 crore for the same quarter in the previous year. Total income of the company reported 2- fold jump at Rs 1,038.63 crore for Q2FY25 as compared to Rs 499.27 crore for the corresponding quarter previous year.

On consolidated basis, the company has reported over 4- fold jump in net profit at Rs 333.79 crore for Q2FY25 as compared to Rs 72.64 crore for the same quarter in the previous year. Total income of the company reported over 2- fold jump at Rs 1,346.54 crore for Q2FY25 as compared to Rs 605.11 crore for the corresponding quarter previous year.
