Dixon Technologies (India) has incorporated Wholly Owned Subsidiary (WOS) namely ‘Dixon Teletech’ to manufacture and deal in, inter-alia, all kind of Information Technology Products including Information Technology (IT) hardware components, related products, equipment and components thereof. Dixon Teletech was incorporated on September 28, 2024 and the Subscription money has been paid on November 4, 2024.
