KFin Technologies has invested Rs 19,49,00,000 in KFin Services (KSPL), wholly owned subsidiary of the company, on November 04, 2024. 

Earlier, the company had received approval for further primary equity capital infusion (in one or more tranches) in KFin Services, not exceeding Rs 20 crore. The Board of Directors of the Company had at its meeting held on October 28, 2024, inter alia approved the same.

KFin Technologies provides services and solutions to intermediaries operating in the capital market ecosystem such as mutual funds (MF), alternative investment funds and wealth management firms.
