Poonawalla Fincorp has raised Rs 310 crore through the allotment of 31,000 secured, redeemable, rated, listed, non-convertible debentures (NCDs) of the face value of Rs 1,00,000 each, through private placement. The Finance Committee, as authorized by the Board of Directors of the Company has on November 07, 2024, approved allotment of the same.
