Adani Energy Solutions’ (AESL) wholly owned subsidiary-- Adani Energy Solutions Global, UAE, has incorporated a wholly owned subsidiary company ‘Progressive Grid Networks’ in Kenya as per Certificate of Incorporation received by the Company on November 7, 2024. The object is to explore new business opportunity in power transmission projects in Kenya.
