Oil and Natural Gas Corporation (ONGC) has reported results for second quarter ended September 30, 2024 (Q2FY25).

The company has reported 17.05% rise in its net profit at Rs 11,984.02 crore for the quarter ended September 30, 2024 as compared to Rs 10,238.10 crore for the same quarter in the previous year. Total income of the company increased by 3.75% at Rs 38,646.52 crore for Q2FY25 as compared to Rs 37,248.72 crore for the corresponding quarter previous year.

On consolidated basis, the company has reported 38.91% fall in net profit at Rs 9,878.44 crore for Q2FY25 as compared to Rs 16,171.30 crore for the same quarter in the previous year. However, total income of the company increased by 8.23% at Rs 1,62,492.52 crore for Q2FY25 as compared to Rs 1,50,131.08 crore for the corresponding quarter previous year.
