KFin Technologies has incorporated subsidiary company namely KFin Technologies (Thailand) in the Kingdom of Thailand, for business expansion. The company has incorporated subsidiary company on November 12, 2024.

The Reserve Bank of India has granted its in-principal approval to the Company for the initial capital infusion (ODI remittance) of THB 10 million in the subsidiary.

KFin Technologies provides services and solutions to intermediaries operating in the capital market ecosystem such as mutual funds (MF), alternative investment funds and wealth management firms.
