Aurobindo Pharma’s wholly owned subsidiary -- CuraTeQ Biologics has received a Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) certificate of compliance for its biosimilars manufacturing facility in Hyderabad, from the European Medicines Agency (EMA). 

The GMP inspection, conducted by EMA representatives from April 8 to April 12, 2024, assessed mammalian and microbial drug substance manufacturing facility sections, prefilled syringes and vials filling, packaging, and QC testing and release laboratories.

Aurobindo Pharma is engaged in manufacturing pharmaceutical products. It offers active pharmaceutical ingredients, intermediates and generic formulations like astemizole, domeperidone and omeprazole; anti-infective, oral and sterile antibiotics, pain management and osteoporosis segments.
