Century Plyboards (India) has increased percentage of shareholding in its Subsidiary -- Century Infotech from 99.99% to 100% upon acquisition of 360 shares from the other existing shareholders. The acquisition and transfer of shares was completed on November 18, 2024. Consequently, Century Infotech has become a wholly owned subsidiary of the Company with effect from November 18, 2024.
