1. Acceptance of Terms

By participating in the India's Youth Icon Program, you agree to adhere to and be governed by these terms and conditions.

2. Eligibility Criteria

To qualify for the India's Youth Icon Program, applicants must meet the following criteria:

• Applicants must be Indian citizens.
• Applicants must be currently enrolled in or have secured admission to an undergraduate or postgraduate program at a recognized educational institution in India.

Stockgro reserves the right to perform due diligence for verifying the documents uploaded by each applicant.

3. Application Process

Applicants must complete the application form provided by the India's Youth Icon Program within the specified deadline.
All required fields must be filled accurately.

4. Selection Process

Selection of applicants for the India's Youth Icon Program will be based on criteria determined by StockGro.
Meeting the eligibility criteria and applying for the Program does not guarantee selection. Stockgro shall not entertain any correspondence with regards to the non-selection of the applicants. The decision of Stockgro with regard to the Program and the declaration of the winners shall be final and binding

5. Program Participation

Applicants in the India's Youth Icon Program agree to actively engage in all activities and events organised by StockGro. Non-compliance with program guidelines may result in disqualification

6. Confidentiality

Applicants agree to maintain the confidentiality of any sensitive information shared during the program, including but not limited to personal data and proprietary information

7. Intellectual Property

Any intellectual property developed or created during the India's Youth Icon Program shall remain the property of the respective creators. However, Applicants grant StockGro the right to use their work for promotional and educational purposes.

8. Code of Conduct

Applicants are expected to conduct themselves in a professional and respectful manner at all times during the program. Any behaviour deemed inappropriate or disruptive may result in immediate dismissal from the program.

9. Liability

StockGro shall not be held liable for any loss, damage, or injury incurred by applicants during the program. Applicants are responsible for their own safety and well-being.

10. Changes to Terms and Conditions

StockGro reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to the fullest extent permitted by law, to modify or update these terms and conditions at any time. Applicants will be notified of any changes through the official communication channels of the India's Youth Icon Program.

11. Publicity and Privacy

By participating in the India's Youth Icon Program , Applicant agrees that Stockgro reserves the right, to use the photograph /profile of the Applicant for future publication use; and/or disclosures; and/or for communication purposes with Stockgro's stakeholders; and/or for submissions before various authorities and interested parties from time to time for reporting progress thereof; and/or for use in corporate brochures, websites, social media, archives and other publicity material, if any in relation to its activities, without any monetary compensation payable to any Applicant and without any restriction to its frequency and use. Stockgro will collect and use personal information as described in our Privacy Policy.

12. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These terms and conditions shall be governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with the India's Youth Icon Program shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Bengaluru, India.
