The Company, through its subsidiary, Birla Estates Private Limited, is engaged in the real estate business. The Company is focused on developing residential, commercial and mixed-use properties. It develops residential housing in various markets. Its projects are located in Mumbai, Bengaluru and National Capital Region (NCR). Its projects include Birla Anayu, Silas at Birla Niyaara, Birla Vanya, Birla Centurion, Birla Aurora, Century Bhavan, Birla Ojasvi RR Nagar, Birla Trimaya Devanahalli, Birla Tisya Rajajinagar, Birla Alokya Whitefield and Birla Navya.
