Chalet Hotels Ltd is part of the K Raheja Corp Group, is an owner, developer and active manager of quality hotels in major metro cities in India. The company focuses on commercial efficiency from the pre-development stage and throughout the asset life cycle, maximising revenue from every square foot owned and occupied. The company's hotel platform consists of five operational hotels, including an on-site serviced apartment hotel, located in major Indian cities of Mumbai, Hyderabad and Bengaluru. All the hotels are branded with globally renowned brands such as JW Marriott, Westin, Marriott, Marriott Executive Apartments, Renaissance and Four Points by Sheraton, owned by Marriott Hotels India Private Limited and its subsidiaries. All hotel properties are located in dense business districts of metro cities with high barriers to entry near airports, major business centres or business districts and other convenient locations. The company has also developed business and commercial properties near the hotels.
