IRB Infrastructure Developers Limited is an Indian infrastructure development company. The company's field of activity is roads and road construction. The company is engaged in planning, procurement and construction (EPC) and operations and maintenance in all its business areas. The company operates in two segments: Operate and Transfer (BOT)/Toll Operate and Transfer (TOT) and Construction. The BOT/TOT segment deals with the use and maintenance of roads. The construction segment deals with road development. It manages and operates more than 12,000 track kilometers (km) across 22 properties. Its 22 projects are managed under three units; it owns seven projects including 1 TOT, 2 BOT and 4 HAM projects, a private infrastructure investment fund owns 10 BOT projects of which the company owns 51% and a public infrastructure investment fund five BOT projects of which IRB owns 16 percent.
