JK Tyre and Industries Limited is an Indian tyre manufacturer. The Company and its subsidiaries are engaged in the development, manufacturing, marketing and distribution of automotive tyres, tires, valves and covers. The company's segments include India, Mexico and others. The company markets its tires for sale to vehicle manufacturers for the original equipment and replacement markets worldwide. It offers complete solutions for passenger cars, commercial vehicles, agriculture, off-road vehicles and two and three wheeler segments. Its sting protection product prevents stings. It offers Smart Tyre technology and a tyre pressure monitoring system that offers TREEL sensors that monitor important tyre statistics, including pressure and temperature. It also has a network of over 6,000 dealers and 650 brand stores called Steel Wheels, Truck Wheels and Xpress Wheels. The company has about 12 manufacturing facilities: nine in India and three in Mexico.
