NBCC (India) Limited is an Indian company providing value added services. The company operates through three segments: Project Management Consulting (PMC), Real Estate Development and Engineering Procurement and Construction (EPC). The PMC segment is involved in civil engineering projects, national security infrastructure works, civil sector infrastructure projects and implementation and development of Pradhan Mantri Gram Sadak Yojna (PMGSY) projects in the Northeast region. The real estate development segment includes residential properties such as apartments and townhouses, as well as commercial projects such as corporate office buildings and shopping malls. EPC provides services such as project conceptualization, feasibility studies, detailed project reports, basic and detailed design, procurement, construction, commissioning and testing, and handover to clients in a ready-to-use and operational condition.
